When will my order ship?
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00AM PST to 5:00PM PST, offering regular shipping within the these 5 business days.
All orders placed during normal business hours are typically processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours. All orders placed after hours, on holidays, or over the weekend will be process the following business day consecutive to when the order was placed.
Expedited shipping methods are typically processed and shipped the same day provided they are placed before 11:00am PST (excluding holidays and weekends) All expedited orders sent after 11:00am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Be advised that the estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method that is selected and the final destination of the items to deliver. We always strive to provide the most accurate estimated delivery times and will keep you informed of delays or any issues that may occur during the shipping process. When your package has been process, you will receive a notification that your items has shipped. That indicated that your item(s) have been packaged and ready for pick up by the carrier. Please be patient with tracking information as each carrier has their own processes that will be come available once the item has been scanned. Some take a little while to update their information, but once in their hands, technology today is pretty reliable for deliveries.

Shipping Rates:
The shipping rates reflect the selected carrier of your choice and include all protective packaging and handling of items to ensure they arrive on time and in excellent shape. We have negotiated the best rates available with most carriers to provide you with the best shipping rates available, often betting the competition in both cost and speed in getting your order out.
International Orders Shipping:
All Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyers responsibility and are not included in the items price or shipping cost.
When will I receive my shipment?
We are located in Reno, Nevada, so depending on your location, you should expect your order to arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for the majority of U.S residents. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to include a tracking number for your order. We do offer 2nd day and overnight options if you are in a hurry to receive your order (and wouldn’t blame you) but that is an additional cost that should be selected when placing y our order. As the majority of our products are lightweight, the most cost effective and shipping carrier is the USPS. Note: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are not available for expedited shipping, but in most instances should only take 3-5 business days to arrive..
